Abstract

In this information age, information technology is an inseparable part of our lives. All aspects of life have made use of the technological revolution. Almost in every sector in any field everything has been connected to the internet with various types of applications that support it both web-based and mobile that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. Likewise, lower-level government services can take advantage of progress in this information age to be able to provide the best service to the people at the lowest level of government, in this case the RT or RW levels. In developing this citizen data management information system, we use the Waterfall Model system development method. The waterfall model system development method is often also called the Sequential Linear model, which is the oldest and simplest system development method so that it is suitable for software development with unchanging specifications.By developing an RT-based citizen information, all needs related to citizens can be accommodated online, especially in the most basic terms, namely management of citizen data
