Abstract

In a company, each employee will experience a transfer of duties, including in the Banktransfer or rotation of the length of work and then transferred to another area. The problemsexperienced at Woori Bank in assigning employee appraisals are still subjective and not yetrelevant to the actual situation so they cannot be used as a basis for making objective decisionsand Woori Saudara Bank has difficulty in determining the right employees to transfer their duties.So the results of data processing from HRD (Human Resources Department) are still manual andnot yet in the form of a program. The process of assignment of HRD employees processes thereport about the transfer of tasks and the results of the report from HRD are given to the leader.With the existence of this Decision Support System can help in determining the right employeesto be transferred.Keywords— Decision Support System, Transfer of Employee Duties, Woori Saudara Bank
