Puskesmas are the spearhead of health services for the community. Assess the quality ofPuskesmas services according to public perception, starting from the quality of service on thepart of registration. Utilization of IT in the registration service at Puskesmas has been widelyapplied to improve the quality of services provided. The problem is that there is no empiricalevidence of the impact of IT on the performance behavior of registration officers so as to improvethe services quality at the Puskesmas. This study examines the influence of the use of IT on theperformance behavior of officers and the quality of registration services using SEM analysismodels through the Lisrel 8.80 application. The test results prove that the use of IT affects theperformance behavior of officers with a value of R 2 = 0.81. Related quality of service, utilizationof IT also proved influential with R 2 = 0.98. The results of this study indicate that the use of IT inthe registration service at the Puskesmas has a direct positive impact, to improve the performancebehavior of service personnel and to improve service quality.Keywords— puskesmas, IT, performance behavior, service quality, SEM
