By paying attention to the very complex curriculum changes in 2018, the number ofstudents reaching more than 2000 students, the number of teachers more than 100 teachers, aswell as the demands of limited time and the demands of validity of learning data, the process ofmonitoring learning that is still done by hand is very difficult. This problem is faced by themanagement of SMK Negeri 1 Banyuwangi. Information system support is needed that ispractical, fast and able to produce actual reports.To overcome this problem, a web-based monitoring system for learning processes in SMKNegeri 1 Banyuwangi was created. This system can connect related parties in one data location.So the existing data is really located at 1 source. In addition, the time required is also shorter.Software analysis and design is built using the Waterfall system development method, theresearch method uses descriptive research with case studies, data collection techniques in theform of interviews, library research, and observation. For system depiction tools in the analysis,the authors describe using Data flow Diagrams and the Relational Database Model.This research produced a web-based learning process monitoring system applicationwith functions including being able to produce student and teacher attendance information aswell as filling in daily learning journals digitally and integrated. Thus the monitoring process canrun better because of the actual and accurate data support.Keywords— Monitoring System, Learning Journal, Learning Recapitulation
