KEMUDAHAN DAN MANFAAT PENGGUNAAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI BERBASIS WIRELESS TERHADAP KEBUTUHAN PENGGUNA INTERNET

Abstract

The ease and benefits of using wireless-based information technology on productsissued indihome to the needs of internet users in the city of Pontianak provide a significant figureof 31.9%, this data was obtained based on calculations using SPSS V. 23.00 software. Details ofrespondents were 50 indihome customers in Pontianak. The data collection method uses aquestionnaire with a Likert scale and multiple regression analysis as a research methodology.The results obtained concluded that the ease and benefits of using wireless-based informationtechnology on indihome products to customers in Pontianak are able to meet the needs of usersfor internet access. High internet needs make users feel very dependent on indihome internetnetworks at 31.9%. This must always be considered by service providers in increasing the easeand usefulness of the products offered. Many factors of other variables amounting to 69.1% werenot examined in this study which has the opportunity to influence the variable user needs that canbe considered by providers in order to be able to meet the needs of internet users, especially loyalindihome users .
